A custom startup MVP developed by AXIS for IAN X, a web-based hostel management product. The product connects room and bed inventory, guest stays, check-in, payment records and team workflows in one operational workspace.
The challenge
Hostel teams need to keep bed availability, guest details, stay dates and balances connected across front-desk and management work. The first product scope focuses on these daily operational needs.
The approach
The product is organized around rooms and beds, guest stays, guided check-in, payment records and invoices, reporting, housekeeping and staff roles. Its public product presentation includes English, Russian, Armenian and Persian interface support, with right-to-left support for Farsi.
What was built
A live startup product focused on internal hostel operations, with plan selection and a workspace request journey. External booking-channel connections and live payment-provider integrations remain separate integration work. This example is relevant to founders planning a custom MVP or an operational web application.
