Define the first useful release

Clarify the audience, problem and evidence the first users should provide. Review existing tools and integration access, then agree scope, milestones and the criteria for accepting each part of the product.

Prototype and build the core journey

Review the main screens before development, then inspect working increments at agreed checkpoints. We test permissions, inputs, error states and the core user journey, including the behaviour of connected services.

Launch and plan the next iteration
